Not going to touch that one as it isn't suitable for a thread like this. Except to note that you're talking about the same supreme court that has repeatedly protected the right of bigots like Fred Phelps' and his congregation of inbreds to harass perfectly innocent gay folk trying to grieve in peace at their funerals, so I'm not sure how much they're an authority to appeal to.

Also, she is in proper clothing.
And mona lisa doesn't have to go outside at all, temperature and humidity is specifically calibrated for her.
Finally, yes we do. They protect the painting with some special clothing when the louvre is closed, I believe.
