I need some help and I did not know where to find it, but I think this is perhaps the best place to ask.
I want to bake some brownies (never baked the before) and I have seen tons of recipes online, but I can split them into two main categories:
-those that only use cocoa powder
-those that use a mix of dark chocolate and cocoa powder
Which one shoul I use?

I feel that both of the recipes lack a certain je ne sais quois, but I'm not sure I can elaborate on a family friendly forum.

I recommend the perfect mix of dark chocolate and cocoa, and you should add a little bit of rum to it
