You have no idea how hard is it for someone who never used English on daily basis, and actually started to write some sentences in English a few weeks ago after several years of sporadic activity of this type, and generally had learned English from subtitles in movies and games, to put something like this together.
I definitely like to make my life harder then required.

It's cool mate - it's a very niche comedy, and out of context it probably makes no sense. The guy is just a hate filled loser, who thinks he's excellent at things, and had a brief deadly tv career. It really needs you to know the whole story though, so don't sweat it.
I also think it's important to say, that I as someone who doesn't really speak much of other languages (I can manage in quite a few), I admire your English ability - I didn't realize you weren't a native speaker mate, honestly. So kudos to you on your use of a language I take for granted.
I forgot to say - the cheese joke is because he's just had his BBC contract cancelled, and he's bitter that he doesn't get better lunches at the BBC. It's silly humour!
