It's probably an urban legend but I was informed many years ago that someone in a Burger King once added some secret sauce to the mayo 
Nothing like that ever happened in the store I worked at but it was common to use buns or burger patties that fell on the floor. five second rule obviously.

From doorstep to doorstep I can go from my house in France to my mums in SW England in about 5 hours for 30 Euro (which is frankly insane).

What's insane is that you then get on the plane and fly back to France!
Its not that bad- France is fantastic, just....don't expect good customer service, prompt opening times or anything organised. If only Henry had not lost France we would have had the best of both worlds joined together.
