It's nothing you need to concern yourself with. I can't imagine many come away from you thinking about the interesting conversation they just had and if they do it's not a compliment.
Oh but they do. Because i dont have conversations that i'm not interested in and will rarely start one with someone else. So they're already talking about something they're interested in.
