Why is it some stations who i request clearance to dock with, the text of that station name changes from red to green while other station names remain red when i am cleared to dock in them?
Station name changes from red to green text, why?

I thought that may be the reason, but, i am 52% up in rep with a station, that station names text remains red when i am cleared to dock.

The rep measured in % isn't your rep.
