Anybody know of a good station that offers spectral analysis data missions?

I have been ignoring them myself lately, but I believe the stations in the systems (Cupisii, Acokwus, Nger) I am operating in have had some. How many are you after?

Just been back to hand in a mission at Dana Landing, Acolwus, and now two missions are showing for a settlement massacre and a non violent sabotage, Both with a reward of 5 spectral analysis data.
I am mostly allied with the factions though.
