Stations missing some services

just like real life(TM) which rarely takes us by the hand and helps us to achieve things
People on Reddit were misinterpreting that comment as meaning ONLY surface facilities could ever affect stations (and flipping out about it) despite it pretty clearly explaining that surface facilities didn't affect a station unless it orbited them. One word assumed as obvious from context rather than explicitly written and BOOM goes the Internet
You could not pay me enough to make it worth being a community manager and have to deal with that day in day out. Hopefully that's just me and some people find it rewarding

It is clear to me at least, I don't understand what else affect the stations market as so far I've seen that stations do not really produce what I expect them to produce, same with planetary settlements
