stealth canopy nerf or display bug? integrity now 15 instead of 30

Vast majority of ships now show 15 integrity for canopy, whereas it used to be 30. T-10 seems to have 25, everything else we've checked is 15.

Does anyone have more info on this? It's either a display bug, or major undocumented change to combat affecting both PvP and PvE.

Now that you say it, I wondered why my canopy was so brittle in my Conda and why Phisto lost his to my SLF when we sparred...
