Just bought some arx myself and has not received it yet, usually it's there within minutes.
There was a small issue a couple of days ago where I had to log in again in the launcher and since I've got an pre-steam account that's later linked to steam I think I logged in using username and password instead of steam login. Just logged out and in using steam login and boom there it is. All the arx I was waiting for.
