SteamVR in the open

Hi,

I start Ed from the ED Launcher, and since a few days SteanVr appears, before that it never did.
I know before that SteamVR was there always on the backround but why is it now in the open?

Did (I) change something?

The Beta branch of Steam did this before the main and I know they merged at some point recently.

Makes sense IMO as its a good fault finder if need be.

That's what I was afraid of. The full SteamVR suite, as opposed to the bare minimum required to run Elite, seems to accentuate the problems people are having with the Vive.

No problems with the Vive here, nor with SteamVR.
Whereas other VR programs have problems if SteamVR in not started before and some if SteamVR has started before, ED doesn't mind.
