still no way of paying cmdrs for helping you out!!!

Its never going to happen so get over it just so you can progress faster than you capabilities allow then you come on here griping that you lost it all or got killed you like to pretend its so you can pay helper but its all about getting cash that you never earned

You know not what you are talking about. I'm sure that's what you would do the way you wrote that. But No need for paying for it Ed is way not worth putting any more real money into. And if anyone is stupid enough to pay real money to by credits... who cares? What are they going to do by an anaconda. How would that hurt you? I've played since early beta and have every ship I need. So the REAL reason for transfer IS for paying hired help or to start a in game career as security which would be great. So take your negativity somewhere else if your not going to contribute an idea or a possible solution. A lot of us would like to have some more content and this is a very easy way for the devs to add it. If they never do ..... Then they are only hurting their game. Because when SC releases they won't be ably to compete at all if they don't start adding the content we need for proper multi and even singly play. And as I am on a limited data plan I would much rather see ED thrive.

If players could opt to share the profits from trading / smuggling then Wingmen could be paid. A slider could be used which would share profits up to a maximum level (i.e. seller would not receive less than Wingmen).

For a Wing of two, the split could be as much as 52.5% : 47.5% - plus 5% trade dividend - both would receive 52.5% of the trading profit.

For a Wing of three; 36.67% : 31.67% (x2) - plus the 5% trade dividend - all 3 could receive 36.67% of the trading profit.

For a Wing of four: 28.75% : 23.75% (x3) - plus the 5% trade dividend - all 4 could receive 28.75% of the trading profit.

That is not enough though. The way the game is set up at the moment. There is no incentive to help a brotha out lol. I need protection flying my t-9 from system to system and I need it to stay with me for a couple of hours running a trade route. No one in their right mind (unless they are my friend and a close one and even then they are unlikely to do it often) is going to do that without getting paid. And it is a very valid career opportunity in game. I sure wouldn't. This service is going to cost in the range of 1 to 5 million credits per hour and that is just incredibly time consuming and painfully annoying to make multiple trips and drops for someone who only has a ship that is for combat. or even just to scoop all the cargo. So HOW in the world can FD justify not implementing this in some form or fashion? No matter what if someone wanted to exploit farm etc they find a way anyway as many have mentioned its already being done. So so what if they want to do that let them its their money and their game and their risk. Stop trying to limit things in the game. Its already hard enough to earn credits as is and the mission still don't scale properly to pay enough worth doing them.
lol if you think is hard to earn credit i dont know what game your playing! try playing for fun and not grinding i did this and when i check my balance after all that fun i was 1.5 bilion in credit

Thumbs up on this argumentation. But FDEV said they won't allow credit exchange because of gold farmers, so that you can't buy credits on Ebay. Well, if the game, yet another time, would just have dedicated servers this would not be a problem. Play with friends and cheat as much as you like in *your* instance of the universe instead of being forced to play in a pretty bad MMORPG universe. MMO is useless if there is no reason to play with other humans and actually. Right now I see zero value of playing "open". PVP sucks and besides PVP I don't see much reason to interact with other players because the game does not give me a reason to do so.

I like social interaction even when others dont pay me. IRL and in online games. If you need games to provide a 'reason' to interact with other human beings Solo might be right up your alley.

Ronin's argument that his friends wont fly with him unless he pays them is just depressing...

1. What about miners - who while they mine want to hire someone to ferry their stuff to a system next door that has better prices
2. What about hiring other CMDRs to attack a target
3. What about hiring other commanders to defend you
4. What about paying a CMDR to go pick up a ship or modules - you are too lazy to fetch (if full P2P trade was possible)
5. What about ...

Here is a nice post:

I just did a quick google for "elite dangerous account sale", there's already people building up accounts and then selling them. Right now I assume they do that by starting with a sidey, getting enough money to viably do Robigo, getting to the Vulture kind of stage with around 20-70 million credits (probably by doing the slave re-selling thing) and then selling the account for 70 Euros.. Imagine how much worse this problem would become if asset transfers became possible. If I was of a mind, I could create hundreds of such accounts from my one account. I wish paying other players was possible, but I don't see how it could be done without introducing really annoying problems to the game.

I'd be delighted if Frontier were to implement Player to Player Trading as discussed in the DDF.

However, I would expect that a trade would require a tangible transfer in return for credits - and I would also expect that there'd be band limits on prices for items traded (i.e. to avoid selling 1t of bio-waste for 100M Cr.).
