The biggest gripe I have is that bugs don't get fixed at all.
Yeah the big ones after each content update, they were getting fixed but the pile of smaller or mediocre bugs just kept on growing, just take a look at the issue tracker.
You can't blame the community for wanting those bugs fixed rather than new content adding more bugs to the growing pile.
If there's one to blame then it's Fdev for lacking in quality controll and prioritising their time between bug fixing and creating new content.
Their decision to delay the FCs is bitter yes, it realy shouldn't have been necessary if they had made a different time table keeping more bug fixing into account.
Nevertheless I am happy they did make the choice to concentrate on ironing out the game before adding new content.
Is it ideal? No but imho it's better for the future of the game.
If FCs would've been released in December and even more bugs would've been added or the game being totaly broken again, during Xmas of all times, then slowly but surely ED would become known as a bugfest and best to be avoided, that would be realy bad for everyone imho.
