HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA....... Gods did that cheer me up. Thank you kind soul.

Ok, fair point.

But on top of that: who in their right mind would ever be willing to spend a whole day doing a "massacre 849 pirates" mission for 5 pieces of G5 engineer crap when the exact same G5 engineer crap can be earned by killing a single pirate lord, well within 15 minutes?

(Is this the reason why mission boards are swarming with those bloody massacre missions, while tasty pirate lord missions are most of the time pretty hard to come by?)

Oh no the system state is in Civil war and the mission board is full of massacre missions. Only one thing for it.................
War, huh, what is it good for? Massacre missions......say it again. War, huh...... you get the idea.

Yes, and while there is slight argument that there should also be lots of murdering to do for Elections, I would like to see some justification for a murder-board during Expansion.
Mission variety is borked.

In fact language should be tied to faction ethos. Criminal factions should freely use terms like "massacre" - they are criminals, after all. But legal factions should use nice euphemism like "clean" instead.

With all these massacre mission, am i wrong in my assumption, that if you do these missions you will be wanted, and fall foul of this absurd new 3.03 C&P outfitting ban???

Well, are the Factions in a Conflict? Docked at a Military Economy (or any Planetary Base) by any chance?

Those will hand them out like candy.

PS.
My Gripe about Massacre Missions :

- Wing, kill 278 Pirates
- Wing, kill 330 Pirates
- Wing, kill 220 Targets in a Conflict Zone
- Wing, kill 270 Targets in a Conflict Zone
- Kill 96 Targets in a Conflict Zone

I be like... Cool... BUT... can I have a >small< Mission maybe? For a lonely single CMDR? One that doesn't take me all day to complete? ;)
Seriously, all I'm seeing are large and huge Missions. Barely ever see smaller ones.

I agree. Even the "Small" ones for solo pilots, are... often quite large. To be honest, anything above 10 ships is too much for me, which is why I normally go for assasinations.

Like back in the golden age of massacre, where you could stack 20 massacre missions for 24 ships each.

I am glad, this kind of stacking is not possible anymore. I hope at least.

But really. Smaller numbers please!

FD is going new ways to keep you playing ED. Somebody told them that playing with friends ties you longer to a game. Just a theory.
Cut out that excessive wing stuff, give us a filter at least.
Can you just ONCE do sth right from the beginning?

Before 3.0, you'd often find missions for exactly 108 kills. (not 100, not 110, but 108). Anyway, these took me about 1 hour - 70 minutes if a station visit was needed.

But I agree, small missions should also be there - useful for gain reputation with a faction to be able to get allied, and open up access to these paydirt missions.
