Stop nerfing legitimate money making whilst keeping sodding exploits going!!

Come on FD what are you playing at!!

Just read that you have nerfed the bonus for completing the ancient ruins scan mission. ?!

This is probably one of the best examples of legitimate money making in ED that give fair reward for fair work put in.

I took me around 10 hours game time to complete said mission and the reward of 201mil cr was very nice reward for the work put in so about 20mil/hr. Now you have dropped it down to 11mil/hr after nerfing the bonus reward from 100mil to 10mil!

I would have thought things like the ancient ruins etc would the type of money making activity you would prefer to see in ED rather than the crazy quince farm of 50mil+/hr which is so exploity that I refuse to go back and do it any more!

So unless you are planning on adding way more things like the ancient ruins mission then at least give the players fair reward for fair work!

I had no incentive to do the mission for 200 million, it is incredibly boring. I went there, did some scanning, nothing was happening, went away.

I guess the problem is newcomers who can invest (compared to usual mission leveling) very little time to get a non-rank dependent (is it?) reward that is a huuuge fortune at the beggining.

But yes, why bother when exploits remain?!

I started it but gave up due to bugs and bordom, but allways thought id give it another go. Not that I need the cash but it was an incentive if not a worthwhile reward for time spent.

Not now if all its offering is 10mill.

It's still 1 mil per scan so you can net about 40-60mil for a few hours work still. But the bonus for completing all the scan has dropped from 100 to 10 mil so if you do all 101 scan you only get 111mil now when you used to get 201mil. Big difference.

If you spent the 10-15 hours doing this mission following the guide (even longer without it) you deserve that 201M. I could make the same amount, or more, running passenger missions (not from Quince) but this mission was more interesting than that.
