I have just finished my second season in the game, and the upcoming third season was going to be the BIG ONE! I had spent the $18 million to upgrade my Design Centre to Level 4, allowing me to have 15 Engineers, working on three design projects at a time. NOW, Williams will be able to make some real progress.
Sadly, I don't have the promised 15 Engineers - I still only have the same ten.
I've had the same problem with the Scouting Department - it's at Level 5, and tells me that my Scout Capacity is 6, but I only ever have 2 available to use.
Is anyone else seeing this problem, or is it unique to me?
Anyway, there seems to be little point in continuing with the game until this fundamental problem is fixed.
I look forward to future updates.
