Boxed upgrade is clearly noted as "preorder". So it is only logical* to put two different orders.

Well, I ordered the boxed upgrade together with a skin in January. I haven't got the box yet but the skin was immediately available in the game.

Me too. I got the skins but I also ordered a pin badge and havent got this yet even though they are back in stock.

Atm it's not possible to buy the game with Euro €.
Please fix it :c

Not working.
Selected item enters the Cart, but on checkout i have following:

On Firefox 38.0.1 (Same thing on another computer with 38.0.5)

1. Billing information
My previously entered address is selected
I click Continue.

2. Payment information
It reads: *You'll be entering the relevant data in the next screens.
I click Continue and get a message: "Please specify payment method."
After clicking OK I'm back on "*You'll be entering the relevant data in the next screens."
No way to continue.

Tried IE8

Can not continue from first step.
