Strange message appears after jump

I had just passed the Sagan Research Centre (Thor's Helmet Sector FB-X c1-5) to hand in my data and then jumped into the next system.

And then I immediately got these two notifications in an endless loop.

Has anyone ever had anything like this?
Or maybe I found something that should have come with the update this week

Lol, could be, almost tempted to fly out and see if it happens to me as well, but to far away at the moment, I have been there 3 or 4 times but never seen this, maybe just in a particular system you happened to pick. With those labels it does look like a bug of some sort, as you say maybe related to the upcoming updates, very interesting though, does it mean we are getting more types of mats for "something" to do with the update?

Not in the game. But first guess is that is something that wasn't added to the language pack you are using. I'd report it as an issue just to get the label in there.
