* For over a year new, Telekom connections have been Dual Stack (IP only by default, no POTS). Existing contracts like mine which still have POTS telephone connections are IPv4 only. Apparently it's proper dual stack, not DS-Lite, because Telekom are sitting on a large pile of IPv4 addresses.
