This is why you don't borrow ships from Wonder Woman.
I'm in a similar situation, my ship was destroyed while I was on foot, i took the shuttle and when I try to rebuy I get a scarlett krait error and can't get my ship back. I've submitted to issue tracker but I doubt it will go far there.
I wonder if he has tried the bat signal yet?
Horizon reboot helps, but key binds in Horizon are broken now. :-( Odyssey seems to work fine so far.
Remember, the enemy's gate is down.
Keybinds aren't "broken" - the presets just get deselected when you switch versions.

All these scenarios which lead to unrecoverable dead ends, if only there was a process available before release in which someone did all the stupid things so we didn't have to.

It appears the solution to rebuying your ship when it's been destroyed but you live is to go get yourself killed, then the rebuy works fine.
Makes playing iron-man mode a bit of a bustard, though.
