Am I the only one who has been getting stuttering lag at times (quite often) and fairly regular crashes with 1.3? I recently did a fresh install of windows, and although everything else seems to be working fine, the regularity of the crashes makes me think i might have some other problem.

Haven't had the crashes, definitely had the stuttering / freezing problems though on an on/off basis since the update. Some days have been practically unplayable others have been fine.
I haven't experienced more crashes, but the stuttering is definitely new-to-me. From browsing a bunch of posts on this, it feels like the stuttering is more prevalent for those with higher end systems. No idea why this would be, but my Titan is struggling whereas it was silky smooth in 1.2. Weird thing is I don't see frame rate drops when it stutters - just stutters with no frame rate drops...
yea, praps im overheating or something... might replace the cooling gunk.
I have noticed during the last day that I am getting stuttering inside space stations for the first time. I sometimes previously had the occasional stutter when it was obvious that the game was downloading situational data from the server (entering station, detail level changes as I approached planet, etc.) but those seemed to clear up, this stuttering/juddering inside stations is new to me.
EDIT> Oh yes I forgot, I have had three occurrences in the last few days of complete freeze, something like "display driver stopped responding and has restarted" sort of thing, black screen, flashing screen, horrible mess.

yea i have a gtx 970, it has had no problems before, now it has real lag issues approaching planets in super cruise... thats when its most noticeable anyway. i've had a number of crashes to desktop and a large number of complete system freezes.
Stations are the worst for me, followed by RESs.

1.3 definitely brought on some serious stuttering. Every time I head to a station the framerates go berserk and I frequently hang for several seconds. Docking has become rather hair raising as a result. Prior to 1.3 the only stuttering I encountered on a regular basis was the FS tunnel, docking and leaving the station was as smooth as it could be.
This. Two evenings in a row after 45-60mins. Display driver fails and I get black screen. I have to shut down by holding power button. I an not sure if gpu is overheating and coincides with hot weather here or 1.3.
Only played a few times 1.3 otherwise no stuttering and runs better.
It's occurred since 1.3 was released. And apparently the new exclusive for xbox takes priority over bug fixes, so it may be this way quite awhile longer.
the forum is flooded with this, weirdly enough mostly from players with some of the newer generation gpus.
