Subscribed parks not showing up

My subscribed parks by others don't show up. It's just a white screen at the menu. I am subscribed to parks but now they don't show for some reason. Does steam have to resync for them to show again? I think this happened before and it took days to get my parks back. Until they come back, I can't access them.

Can anybody help me with this? Only thing I can think of is to unsubscribe all items, then resubscribe to them. Then maybe steam will rebuild the database.
