So I think it's time to bring back the Bulletin Board back.....but in a new form.
The BBS would be accessible via the Black Market Contact, and will consist of missions and requests that have no relationship to any Factions or the BGS. These could be passenger missions, salvage missions, search and rescue missions, delivery missions etc-but could also be a place where people come to buy/sell goods that are quite rare and/or not entirely legal. It would be available via the Black Market as, technically speaking, it would not be wholly legal to bypass the official mechanisms for commodity trading and/or giving of missions.
