Suggestions for Mini Exhibit/Petting Zoo Species - Dinosaurs

NOTE: I did NOT make the images. Most images were among the first Google image results when searching for the creature's name, but if you want an image's source let me know.

Whether as a JWE2 expansion pack or as a part of JWE3, I thought adding 'Mini Exhibits' like what Frontier has in both Planet Zoo and Zoo Tycoon could be interesting. There are several ways this could be done, but other people have suggested this first so I won't cover that.

Instead, I will focus on suggesting species to show the huge variety Mini Exhibits could have. Many of these species could also be in a Petting Zoo. My list ended up being longer than expected, so I'm splitting it into three parts: dinosaurs, marine reptiles + pterosaurs, and other animals. Unlike some of my previous posts, I didn't describe behaviors because, like Frontier's other games, creatures in these Mini Exhibits might not have AI.

Here, if they did have AI, some would act totally different than any current in-game dinosaur like the aerial Microraptor, aquatic Natovenator, or insectivorous Linhenykus, others would look different like Microceratus, and others still would be smaller (but probably cuter) versions of what we currently have like Mei long. If you have any feedback or other tiny dinosaurs to suggest, feel free to share!

Of the current creatures: Minmi, Homalo, Lystrosaurus, Moros, Oviaraptor and maybe Sino. You can see which ones work better with each other so as not to create issues. But with Guest Panic turned off these work.

If/when we get Microceratus it is another great addition.

Those are some great picks! Compsognathus could also definitely work, and Troodon is comparable in size to Homalocephale. Not that putting Troodon in a petting zoo would be a good idea in the slightest, but it could work in a sealed mini exhibit.

Eh, Compis have a bad reputation compared to Moros where we see one being treated like an actual pet.

Good points Morales! I was thinking more for mini exhibits, because while one or two Compys might work in a petting zoo, you definitely wouldn't want a group of them because of their well-earned reputation you mentioned.

Some of the species in my original post, like Eodromaeus, would also not be good fits for petting zoos. I figured it would be like the current truck tours: you can put them in a T-Rex enclosure, but that might not be the best idea!
