Newcomer / Intro super annoying

Guys I am geting inundated with these damn "Critical messages"
I was finding plants to scan and I receieved 3 of them - deleted!
I moved to the next planet because it had 7 life forms and again I got all these damn requests!
This was yesterday by the way
Today I'm getting more of the same albeit from a different person because I moved many light years since yesterday.
I do not want t do this mission ( I don't have nor want a wake scanner) is there any way rto stop this annoyance?

Just delete them? You get them because the local faction likes you. There are ways of fixing that.

I expect you can find the faction data you need by checking the source or delivery location of your nag. You might have to drill down a little using the little factions Icon in the system map. Also you might consider if you just recieved Allied Status with a faction. As this is a new thing for you, I'm guessing its a faction that just noticed you. If feel for you though, I recently ran some courier missions for Torval Mining, and now they are bombarding me with "Mission Critical" messages for missions I have no interest in? Oh well as my mum would say, "No good deed goes unpunished."
