COMPLETED CG Supply Salvation’s Anti-Xeno Superweapon in Maia (Rares)

I've had the Maia CG to be completed and cash in the reward, but I haven't been able to. All is greyed out at the Bright Sentinel and I'm still with this mission on me. Does anyone knwos where I can give it complet?

As of 0300 Dec 17 game time I am still unable to turn in the CG at Maia. On Horizons Xbox. Fellow players are also unable to turn in the mission

F—! What doesn’t any of the Elite CG stuff say that you need to pick up a mission? They all just say “Deliver [x] amount of Guardian artifacts.” I did the 75% goal, plus the handing in of combat bonds to probably the 50% range and never got a single message from Salvation. This would explain why.

All CGs have this notice in the post:

"To earn rewards, you must sign up as an active participant before [required CG task]"

If you failed to read that, that's on you.
