Yup. The reviews I saw from disgruntled people regarding FD said more about the people writing the reviews than gave any pertinent information about internal workings at FD.

The fact there are so many reviews for the past year indicate a lot of people coming and going though. Which is corroborated by the mention of the pay being low compared to the rather expensive area to live in. Which is also mentioned by some locals. There are mention that having frontier on your past experience is a good thing, so people go there for a year, and move on.
There is also the fact, which is mentioned several time, that ED is difficult to code for, and without DB support, they'd have moved on long ago. Also corroborated by several mention by other frontier people.

Glassdoor need to be taken with a grain of salt, but it doesn't mean it's entirely wrong either.

None of which information is useful for establishing what the issue is, though. High turnover can be for a number of reasons (including that the staff being taken on turned out not to be suitable...).

Absolutely my stance at the moment. They are living on extended credit that we extended to them in good faith. They cocked up.. that's all gonna be forgiven as long as they fix it. Only when faith is restored do they get anything from me ever again and I've spent a tonne on paintjobs etc. over the years.
