Down the Wayback-Lane were competing CGs for unlocking either the AX multicannon or the AX missile rack. Multicannons won, the missiles came to tech brokers a few days (weeks ? memory hazy) later anyway.
Not the same. Getting the modules from brokers later makes sense.
The context was the same. The CG conditions were an either or. Also the recent additions to the brokers were CGs themselves, the missiles just got added with no announcement or anything.

You can always report it to fdev and they'll remove the missiles again. They were only accidentally added to the shop, so they can easily do that if it really bothers you

Those missiles were issued. We pointed out that it seemed to be a mistake given the wording of the CG.
What's your point?

=> Tier 1 wasn't reached.
=> The modules were handed out to the top 10%.
