You put your KWS on a laser trigger? Is that common? I'm doing that too but not sure yet how it's affecting power/heat. I'm using a Corvette though, so most PVE battles are practically over in seconds, before i can even judge if it had any negative effect.2 seconds fire with the beam at 6km and the targets are scanned. Really nice.

What he says.It is common to put the KWS on one trigger with some weapons.

Exactly what I'm doing for the exact same reasons. Thanks!Common? Wouldn't know.
For me, yes, it is.
Not out of heat considerations, but simply because that's the weapon group that will not destroy the target before I finish scanning.
Also quiet usefully if you plan to attack a wing. You do not want to spend ten seconds scantime without being able to fire for the next ship.
Because your CG failed to win...I didn't receive the fully engineered A-rated Electronic Countermeasure with lightweight and shielded modifications, any idea why?
Usually even when losing we got the modules. There was nothing written that indicated for us to not receive the module in case of 'losing'.Because your CG failed to win...
Cash was paid no matter the out come...
but power play and item were tied to win state only...
No double dipping allowed on this one...
Thats what people more in the know closer to Fdev allready posted above any way...
This was power play competitive CG and Fdev set power play goals not minour faction goals... so they have not given it away to the losers..Usually even when losing we got the modules. There was nothing written that indicated for us to not receive the module in case of 'losing'.
Can you give examples? All the competitive cgs i can think of which gave module rewards/ introduced modules only awarded the winning side's module.Usually even when losing we got the modules. There was nothing written that indicated for us to not receive the module in case of 'losing'.
The NMLA caustic missile rack. Can you give examples? All the competitive cgs i can think of which gave module rewards/ introduced modules only awarded the winning side's module.
Don't get confused with CGs which are indirectly competitive, such as CGs to get materials to build stations and such. These aren't directly competitive and can both succeed
That was the only one, right? The NMLA caustic missile rack.
yeah, they messed up that one - the winning side also got 2 railguns instead of one.The NMLA caustic missile rack.
Shhh, don't tell anyone. I don't want to rip the second one off my Railverski Phantom.yeah, they messed up that one - the winning side also got 2 railguns instead of one.
Well, that did get everyone the 2nd RailgunThe most amusing thing is people complained about that one. Because the module was hot.
The first complains were beneficial, granted.Well, that did get everyone the 2nd RailgunI can see why people always complain about everything - fdev do tend to cave to complaints, where they'll happily leave other stuff broken forever (looking at you, temporary HIP 54530 permit)
