So I had a 2nd account tried. To link it but cuz it already had been made I had to make a third and now I've lost all progress on second account as well I'm not a happy camper

Wheeeee. Yea, in that case I'd probably just wait and see what they say. lol. I mean, support's usually open a little on weekends, so they might be around to just shuffle things over for you. Sucks tho... hope they fix ya up soon.
Sucks alright now I've lost other profile to it's getting quite old that they have this type of system for support
All I've done is wait now lost my 2nd account not big issue but starting over again
