Qwent is the only one that had me irritated...took 3 months for that invite mission to drop...
I was lucky with the invite, but ever since I had it, I don't find modular terminals anymore. (After discarding about 200 of them when working on my Empire rank ... )

Fast scan here (working on my Dangerous combat rank and the modular terminals for Quent ...).
None of which is particularly difficult or time consuming. Tedious, yes, but at least it doesn't take that long.
I know, I just mentioned it because a) it sometimes gets forgotten (and can be frustrating if you have all you need to unlock someone, but need to unlock someone else to get acquainted) and b) it might be difficult for a pacifist player to work for the mafia and trade in weapons.
