Hi
I'm out exploring, and I scan landable planets and moons in search of surface signals.
Once I'm at 100% of a surface scan, I exit the surface scanner and in the menu at the top right of the screen, I can see if I've located/found any surface signals.
If the signals are geological, they appear in my navigation menu, and I can pick a signal and find it on the planet/moon without problems.
However, if the signal is for instance Human or Guardian, nothing appears in the navigation menu. I've tried orbiting the planets, but I haven't found any markers on it.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something? How am I supposed to locate and visit these signals, if they do not appear in the navigation menu?
ADDED: I've noticed that the amount of Human signals seems to correlate with the number of conflict zones around the planet. Does this mean, that the SURFACE scan finds signals not on the surface?
