I came across this familiar name today and realised we don't have a thread for exploration tags with familiar forum names

So... here we go! The rules are simple - you come across an explo tag with a familiar forum name, you post a screenshot and tag the user

I've seen several, in the past, and it has always elicited a chuckle, especially when outside of the inhabited bubbles.

In-game CMDR name can be changed, just contact support. However, it's not retroactive when it comes to tags: your earlier tags will still use your earlier name.
If you meant to change your forum name though, looks like you can do that yourself, under Account details.
