The sector aligned to Li Yong Rui sells ships and equipment at a 15% discount, I can give you a few systems to try but generally high tech/population/wealth systems are your best bet

Is there a list anywhere with the stations offering a 15% discount? Ive tried a search but I cant find anything. I might be stupid tho. Thnx in advance.
Songballa has Anaconda,python,DBS,Viper,and some other ships with good modules. It is Anarchy so be ready to get interdicted a lot. My Anaconda is named after the system.

They were all 150-200ly from me and I only had an hour or so gaming time last night, so I went to a system I knew and bought another Vulture. yes another. I sold my old one when I moved systems to a new luctrative trade route. My new base has some CZ's and I wanted to shoot someone.
Unfortunately they shot me. Often. Serves me right for going for an elite conda. As soon as i got his shields down all hell broke loose and I was surrounded in red. I escaped with 10% hull only to return after repairs. I selected and nerfed an elite eagle and then an asp from Hades flown by the devil himself and all his demon Acolytes swarmed me. I escaped with 3% hull.
I earnt very little but had good fun. Ive never been swarmed like that before. It was madness. Anyone who cant find this level of amusement needs to look harder. I'm going back in tonight, perhaps a tad more cautious.

Yeah you can get overwhelmed pretty quick since they magically poof in all around you sometimes when no allies are around.

A much overlooked resource.
They didn't have the 8a powerplant. However, anyone looking for an 8a powerplant can find on at yimakuapa. there is a cluster of high tech systems round it too, for all your shopping needs. What a hassle, but I finally found it. Now to outfit her for war.
