T. Rex remodel

It would be better if animals just visually changed more if they are underfed. Cloning a fresh underfed dinosaur makes no sense.
I get where you're coming from. But I don't think she (the skin) would be explicitly labeled as "underfed". Also, I like the skin because it reminds me of some preproduction maquettes.

Could you post some pictures of the differences please? I know they added that red bump on the snout, but that's still just a cosmetic and didn't change anything about the model really. I don't really care if they make microscopic changes to the Rex. I just think they could use that time on something that would actually improve the gameplay instead of knitpicking on the model design.

And I'm not arguing. I'm trying to see your point. You post your opinions on forums, so that you can start conversations regarding the topic. That's the whole point of being here. If you didn't want arguments you would never be on this site in the first place...

And why in the world would I want attention from someone I don't know at all. That's a ridiculous statement. You don't get attention on a forum. You debate. I get enough attention being in the music business.

Act like adults and debate, rather than get kiddy upset, when someone doesn't share the same view as yourselfs.

Man, the differences on those rexes are sooo small. And as I remember we already have the JP variant with the darker eyes? These changes are so small it will not even be visible to the gamer, unless you're obsessed with the Rex models.

I don't remember we have any male variants of Brach, Trike or Pteranodon either... Wasn't they just movie skins, which could be either male or female?

And no, quills are not a model change. It's an accessory. You're not another person because you change your hairstyle...

I agree it was weird we got male skins for the raptors, when Frontier states all animals are females. But they are still strongly different than the other raptor skins, so I guess that's why. The rex skins are almost identical, so I just don't see any reason to add them. Especially when it takes work away from important aspects, they could improve on...

All dinosaur models looked better in JP. JW has pretty bad CGI, I agree.
No am not talking about jw cgi. am talking about jp cgi and maquette animatronic are way better. Jurassic World render are great and should be in base game but they are not

Your telling that t rex does not have any different that why modders are doing many changes on the models to make it more accurate (and it is more movie accurate)

I thought they scanned the animatronics and used the exact same design for the CGI in JP. What are the differences there?

And what is now missing from JW. Didn't they get the designs straight from Universal? Don't see much difference in the game animals and movie animals...

Look how massivly different this design is from the JW version. That's why they included them. They are extremely different. The Rex designs are not. They barely have any differences. And not any, regular people will notice. That's why they haven't done it.

If they didn't get the designs from Universal, then they are not involved in the game at all? Are they only mentioned because they licens the Jurassic Park/World name? I believe those royalties should go to Crichton.

Anyways, to me the models look like the movies. At least very close. And film rendering will automatically look different as the process of rendering is not the same as for a game.

They did get some movie render probably but t rex we have is only based on jurassic park female that why we made this tread( they probaly storywise. Conepts from movie...etc that what Universal involved) nobody can know only universal and frontier know

(base t rex and movie t rex all based on female jurassic park that all we know)

Do you understand the tread now?

Maybe its small change for you but for us t rex fans that look at detail and model geometry its very important
There even joke about modders and t rex redesign to make it accurate bc there alot of mods about it

I hope you understand our point of view about it

Act like adults and debate? That's what we've been doing. We've answered all your objections. We've provided evidence. We haven't resorted to name calling, profanity or slander. Image credit to TheGamingBeaver.

As far as "nitpicking microscopic design changes" goes, these aren't microscopic. They were deliberately designed to be noticeable so the general audience could tell the characters apart. Same thing with the elderly Rexy in Jurassic World, she was meant to look elderly. It's a design that was meant to be noticeable.
