It's one ship i love just for the massive amount of cargo I can utilize. Also, i usually keep friends near by if things really go bad. All interdictions i just submit and jump asap to another area. Overall it's a great ship but not for everyone. This is coming from someone who gained 90% of profits thru commodity trading.

The Space Cow is a great...trader. 
It can make you a good amount of money if you don't mind piloting the slug...

I wish they did a cow-themed pack for the T9, I'd buy it in an instant
As others have said, it's a money making trader. If you are attacked, run. Luckily NPC pirates are quite stupid - when they haul you out of SC they waste time demanding cargo with menaces. By the time they decide they want to kill you, your FSD has almost charged up and you can get out of Dodge without too much drama

I'd take mining in a T9 over a Conda any day. The cockpit visibility is absolutely tremendous....
Yeah, I'll probably end up doing the same thing - the T9 can be converted into a mining beast with 10+ active collector limpets, 400+ Tonnes cargo space etc. The only thing that puts me off using the corvette as a combat trader is its bad jump range
Funnily enough having just sold my T9 to get the Anaconda I wanted, it's mining I've set the Anaconda up for initially.
I've also established that I really should get an A-rated power plant on it as I've never seen something heat up so quickly while fuel scooping.
