I would like to see a revive/ respawn system put in place for Odyssey teams. Not being able to revive teammates when they are downed and forcing them to respawn at the last station they visited feels kind of counter to the whole in person crew. Just use a medkit to bring them back at half health. At the very least add a Optional internal that is a med bay so they can respawn on the ship. The team mate could carry their body back to the ship for the revive even.
The same should go for ships, if a wing mates' ship is blown up then they should eject in a escape pod that can be scooped up. Allowing them to come aboard one of their team mates ships and assume a multi crew role until they get to a station to make the insurance claim for their own ship.
