I just finished gathering the mats and unlocking the corrosion resistant cargo rack and proceeded to outfitting (at 40 Ceti) where I found the pricetag to be approximately 78k. I then went back home to Jameson and found that the pricetag there was approximately 82k.

Is it normal for the price to be lower at the station where you unlock the tech? I was expecting the normal 10% discount to apply at Jameson, not to be charged an additional 4k cr. By design, or a bug?
