General Temporal Inconsistencies in the Game While Player is On-/Off-line

If you, FDev, are going to let FCs mothball and accrue maintenance costs while the player is not actually playing the game (which is fine by me BTW), then are you going to fix the other time-based inconsistencies in the game?

For example, the times indicated in the screenshot, below, are from my last game session more than 24 hours ago:

We already have other things (e.g., transferring items from remote storage to current station) that count down while the player is off-line, which is consistent with the FC things mentioned above. But there are other things that do not count down while the player off-line (e.g., notoriety).

FDev, do you have any plans to make the game consistent in this way? If not, why not?
 
Well, not notoriety because it's meant to prevent players logging on, ganking, and then leaving it overnight so they can do it again tomorrow. As for session log, I suppose that would maybe mess with EDDB/Inara?
