So, in case people haven't heard, this happened today.

Tencent buys UK games company Sumo Group for $1.27bn

They recently bought 10% in the company, and were able to offer a premium on the languishing share price to entice directors to sell.
Tencent has too much influence in the game industry. They buy up or gain influential stakes in lots of companies. Tencent is also backed by the CCP which makes it suspicious.

Companies buying other companies is that Economics thing that they say is good for us.

Tencent got loans from the CCP (government) to buy western and other Asian companies for technological gain and influence around the world. That's not fair economic competition.
