I guess it's that time to get on with acquiring her services as I want access to Ogden and night vision. Is there any tips, what's the easiest way to get her done? There seems to be some confusion as to what the unlock requirements are. Honestly, if it weren't for night vision I wouldn't bother because she's as worthless as Uma.

I just unlocked Terra today, I did 3 covert heist and 3 covert theft missions after getting the referral from Jude.

I was expecting to have to do 12 total (6 of each type), but I received the invite immediately after handing in the 6th mission.
