Cheers Cmdr. Catpain. Blueish colour scheme changed my HUD from a blurry mess to quite pleasing. Even the little stuff. :)

So pretty chuffed now. Enjoying my new toy again. :)

The reason I went for white is ebcause the Vive uses a pentile/diamond matrix similar to this:

So using white results in the highest density of subpixels, but I guess any tone is fine unless you go for red green or blue only (wider subpixel gaps).

from what I understand it's better to launch from Steam right?

Never bothered to tie the game into steam or get a steam key, but it shouldn't make any difference since it runs in steamVR either way.

Interesting about the pixels. Hadn't thought of that. :)

About launch methods; I suppose your right. Seems logical. I just seem to get different results depending on wether I launch from within Steam, from EDProfiler or the launcher itself. But I can't see any logical explanation for why this could cause a difference in performance.

Anyway. The Dark Deep Sky Blue_Gold colour scheme from EDProfiler is awesome. Definitely worth a try for anyone interested. And dialing gfx down more akin to VR-High than Ultra has helped create a more stable environment. :) No issues so far. But I suppose the tweak is never ending. :)
