Textures are gone

I don't see the new city tarmac and city tarmac worn terrain textures anymore. Somebody noticed this too?

Never mind, I've already found out some textures are only available in certain sandbox modes. So if I want to create a winter atrraction while having the city sandbox mode it's impossible. Never knew this and think it's ridiculous.

You can still change it in the scenario editor.

Yes, there you can switch textures, so you can use the winter setting.
It is limited to a maximum of 8 though.
