Thank you for the bugfixes, FDEV! Huge thumbs up!

Looking back through issues I’ve raised in the tracker previously… a bit disappointing to see they’ve “expired” but haven’t actually been fixed.

Yeah - this auto expiring of unfixed issues has to be one of the most demoralising "features" of the issue tracker and why I could no longer bring myself to bother reporting issues any more even tho' doing so is the only vague hope we have of getting issues acknowledged and fixed. I salute those who still have the determination to keep loging issues depsite this.

Also - thanks devs for speeding thing up. Everything feels slightly smoother now?

The little time I have had to test does seem to indicate the game is running smoother with slightly higher framerates. That could just be subjective of course, need proper testing to see if it is actually happening.

Having just searched for 'Barnacle' two of the new issues are about crashing Barnacle sites, which are both duplicates of the one that is already at the Voting Stage. So it definitely still needs some work.
At least some of the old barnacle sites that were causing crashes with update 14 now work correctly, I personally haven't found any that crash in the new update. The guardian structure/crashed thargoid ships out in Trapezium Sector (where the Proteus was found) are also landable again without crashing.

Well if that's true and the Barnacle Forests are now fixed, then not only should it have been in the patch notes, but the issue should be marked as fixed on the tracker.

Unless it was a bug that some of the changes they made fixed something they weren't actually trying to fix and they haven't realised it's fixed yet!
