I finally got the single thargoid heart I need from titan salvaging/looting/plundering and headed to the nearest human tech broker from the CG station at Alioth together the 10 meta-alloys required.
Imagine my surprise when not only could I not find it, there's a duplicate unlock for the C4 CRCR & meta-alloy hull reinforcement.
Any help? The tech broker is at a megaship, do I need to visit a tech broker at a starport instead?
