The ability to import Static Meshes and their respective Textures just like images or heightmaps to create custom props.

I think it would be a great addition to add the ability to create custom props by 3D modeling in a program like blender, exporting it in a model like .obj or .fbx and getting it and it's textures into the game the same way the billboards or heightmaps are imported.

Absolutely wholeheartedly agree. This would drastically increase customer satisfaction and equally it would be a way of reducing part counts. At the moment the game engine is put to task because of not being able to do this due to having to construct objects from loads of parts. Go on Frontier, increase the playability and lifespan of your game for customers by making this possible. Customers will still buy your addon packs
