I dont know what "a Full Day " means but LHS 417 is doable in less than 2 hours at least to the same level you are showing now and its 40 ish ly from Dezra

Synuefai ZH-D c28-0 4 c vs LHS 417 9 E A - My experience today:
Just got done trying FragMagnet43's suggested Synuefai ZH-D c28-0 4 c then Pristine_Bump's suggested LHS 417 9 E A for an hour each. I like both for different reasons. On each planet, I visted several geological signals. In my experience today, Synuefai ZH-D c28-0 4 c was much much more productive for gathering selenium. In the hour there, I picked up over 120 selenium, but in the hour at LHS 417 9 E A I couldn't get enough selenium to complete the 150 limit. ZH-D c28-0 4 c was overflowing with arsenic, yttrium and zirconuim though.
One visit on one even isn't conclusive of course, but those are more results.

Edit: The third time I got out of the game and back in on LHS 417 9 E A (after the hour), I got another server and RNG improved greatly for gathering selenium! LHS 417 9 E A may be my new favorite too given its proximity to the bubble and the variety of minerals it has.

I always visit 417 Befor a trip to 36601 as it hits alot of lower mats and any shortfalls in selenium + others can be
topped up with Ytritium which I refill when filling the rest at the HIPs also note if its your first trip to raw sites
sometimes it will say your full at 100 log out and when your back in you will be able to get the full 150
