@Fossa well it all comes down to personal choice. Just because somebody would rather have a red fox over a grey fox doesn’t make their choice boring or dull. I’m well aware of both fox species but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I personally like the red fox or arctic fox over the grey fox although I’m fine with either or. Personally I think will probably get one fox in game and I think the fennec fox takes this spot.

And you are right, there are some animals VS in this list which I wanted to see if people have taste, they are the bears, deers, the foxes and the lion vs caracal, all other VS however, I'm fine with the outcomes, I have my favorites but I mostly like the creatures both.
I for example can never understand why people take the rather common Red Fox over the Grey Fox, they must not be familiar with the Grey Fox (which climbs trees and is much more beautiful), or are the Wolverine/Sub-Zero/Ryu/Tyrannosaurus/soccer crowd that only likes popular and common choices/ things.

Oh, ooft, yeah, didn't see this before but you're right, it's so important not to be like other sheeple. It's the worst when people like things that are common and popular, instead of liking the cool, good, uncommon things you like, which... would be common and popular if everyone had "taste" and agreed with you... So I guess I'm a little confused--would you rather everyone liked everything you do, or should they not do that so your thing stays uncommon and elite? Puzzling paradox you've created here. A real Gordian not-like-other-girls/boys/people, seems like.

But if everyone does what nobody else does, then being original/quirky becomes normal and common and distinctly unoriginal.

I see both of your statements and raise you this: whether or not someone happens to like a specific type of fox instead of the type you like will in all likelihood have no impact on your life in any significant way lol

Great concept, here are my choices:

1: Gerenuk VS Impala

I just want things to be even, of course I don't want those awesome animals to be uncommon and alternative, I want them to flourish in more video games, movies, documantaires.

I just hate people that say, I like T.Rex and I don't care for all other dinosaurs, which is like 95% of this planet's human population.

So I, which feels myself superior in many ways, is stuck with all these boring cards, games, and movies full of overused crap I know like 1000% about already, it's just tiresome to live in a world where people want to see the same over and over again, I like Wolverine, but there are more x-men out there.

But indeed the fault is mine, I can't stand other people's opinions when I find them simple. Can't help it, it is mental I guess.

Fossa, I'm not gonna fight with you about this because I don't really see a point. But I do have some important things to say:

I'll be honest, you did not need to say this out load (what I put in bold). It's very obvious to anyone who reads your past postings you think you're better than those who like "common" or "inferior" animals.

I don't really understand that mindset, I think there are a lot more important issues than getting bothered when people enjoy popular things. I think if you continue to live this way you will live a somewhat unhappy life, because you'll be spending it angry and bitter that people enjoy things you may not. I hope you can get over this and accept that not everyone will like the same things you do.

If it was not-everyone, I would have no trouble with it, but I feel like I'm a lonely flea in a herd of ants. It's just hard to find EVERYTHING awesome that others don't care for.

You don't understand that mindset probably because you have other hobbies like sports, I don't care for that stuff, I have a LOT of hobbies, but they ALL have this favorism that makes collecting stuff very hard because only the most overused characters/animals/dino's/gemstones get covered, the rest is just ignored.

Totally. I saw gray foxes in a zoo just a few weeks ago, and sure enough one of them was curled up in a tree. How adorable! I love them. But at the end of the day, the red fox just has a much more striking coat in my eyes, and I'm not going to pretend it isn't more appealing to me just for the sake of not liking the popular animal. That's silly, and seems like a very naïve outlook. It's okay to like popular animals, lol. I don't think most of us would be on this forum in the first place if we didn't also like the less popular ones, too.

This fun 🙂

You're not, you're just approaching this subject with very little nuance or knowledge (or at least, that's what it seems like - at the very least, very little understanding).

Here’s my opinion
1. Don’t care
2. Leopard (we technically don’t have any leopards)
3. Manned wolf to complete the canine list
4. Love all foxes so I can’t pick one over the other
5. Moose
6. Musk deer, personally don’t care
7. Capybara
8. Too hard
9. Masai giraffe, one giraffe is fine in my opinion
10. Idc
11. Secretary bird
12. Meerkat
13. One or the other
14. We don’t have any sea lions so we could use the California sea lions. Leopard seals would be cool though
15. Caracal. 1 Lion is enough
16. Alligator snapping turtle. One croc species is enough
17. Beaver
18. Shoebill
19. Want both. Middle East and Europe need representation and goats
20. VCP
21. Thrasher shark. Aquariums cannot hold great white sharks and I’d rather not add sharks to PZ
22. Wolverine
23. Can’t decode
24. Tree kangaroo
25. Spectacled bear. Giving us a South America bear will complete bears from all continents.

22: Ratel VS Wolverine
23: Tasmanian Devil VS Wombat
24: Tree Kangaroo VS Rock Wallaby
25: Spectacled Bear VS American Black Bear

Tbh many of them wernt even fair to call "choices" but instead were more like "no brainer". Something new vs something we allready have but a bit diffrent? yeah no i take the new stuff

1: Gerenuk VS Impala
2: Leopard VS Serval
This depends. If we are talking Amur Leopard, then Leopard. If we are talking Persian, Anatolian, Aficran, etc; then Serval
3: Red Wolf VS Maned Wolf
4: Grey Fox VS Red Fox
5: Red Deer VS Moose
6: Musk Deer VS Muntjac
7: Capybara VS Small Otter Species
This depends. Does Small Otter mean North American River Otter, or Sea Otter? If so, then Small Otter Species. If not, Capybara.
8: Moloch Lizard VS Frilled Lizard
9: Masai Giraffe VS Eland
10: Saiga VS Addax
11: Secretary Bird VS Grey Crowned Crane
12: Crested Porcupine VS Meerkat
13: White Rhinoceros VS Black Rhinoceros
14: California Sea Lion VS Leopard Seal
15: Asian Lion VS
I went with Caracal, because the Asiatic Lion has been rolled into the West African subspecies as of 2017. Still regarded as an endangered Evolutionary Significant Unit (ESU) though.
16: Nile Crocodile VS Alligator Snapping Turtle
17: Beaver VS Platypus
If Beaver come with dam building, then yes. If not, then Platypus.
18: Shoebill VS Marabou Stork
As cool looking as Shoebills are, killing their siblings is very much a real thing, even when food isn't scarce. I don't want to see animals that lack key behaviors, and that very much is one.
19: Markhor VS Ibex
20: Victoria Crowned Pigeon VS Lady Amherst Pheasant
21: Great White Shark VS Thresher Shark
White shark, but only if we can get the juvenile and adults having different habitat requirements. Until they reach about 12-14 feet, they feed exclusively on fish, and stay in coastal, shallow waters. They also don't reach maturity until ~26 years old, and females at 33. Then they start staying out in deeper waters, and eating marine mammals. If we can't get this different habitat for adults and juveniles, then Thresher.
22: Ratel VS Wolverine
23: Tasmanian Devil VS Wombat
24: Tree Kangaroo VS Rock Wallaby
25: Spectacled Bear VS American Black Bear
