If it's true that a butterfly flapping it's wings in one part of the world can cause a hurricane in a distant part of the world then what effect can millions of people have on the weather?

And if millions of people can effect the weather, does the weather forecast itself change what the weather will be since it can probably change what millions of people choose to do?

It's about initial conditions in mathematical modelling rather than a specific butterfly in reality. Arguably global warming is the reality of the effects humans can have on the weather.... Cue Global Warming Deniers...
