Because things have moved and you can't find them any more.

How do you choose a faction in a Combat Zone now? I went through all the panels, and nothing, so I tried just shooting a ship, but I got no bounty when it exploded.

Having joined a squadron, I'm now getting green squadron messages in my comms panel.
How the tharg do you broadcast to the squadron? There are only local and system options in the chat tab. Clicking on a green message lets you talk to that commander, but not the whole squadron?

I find it helps if you feed their mother to the ravenous bug-blatter beast of trall. Gets them really annoyed.
